No more patching your CRM. Sync your outreach where it belongs. A CRM is only useful if the data inside it is clean, readable, and actionable.
At La Growth Machine, our mission is to help you get more positive replies. Replies alone are not enough. Your team also needs clear visibility in the CRM to follow up properly, assign leads correctly, and keep the pipeline moving.
That is why we improved our HubSpot integration.
What's new
LGM can now: • log outreach actions as native HubSpot activities (Email, Linkedin, Tasks, Notes) • map each LGM identity to a HubSpot contact owner • keep a clear trace of every synced action with the mention "Sent via La Growth Machine"
This means your outreach is no longer pushed as generic custom events only. Instead, it appears in HubSpot in the format your sales team already expects. New Activity Mapping
Why it matters
When CRM data is hard to read, the whole sales process slows down. Teams lose time building external automations, cleaning up timelines, or manually assigning the right owner to the right lead. And when all actions are dumped into Notes, it becomes much harder to understand what actually happened and what drove a reply.
With native activity mapping and owner mapping in LGM, you get: • less manual work • cleaner contact timelines • better attribution across identities • a CRM that stays usable for the whole team
What changes in HubSpot
Instead of logging everything the same way, LGM now maps actions to the right native HubSpot object.
Campaign events The following events can now be logged as:
HubSpot Notes: • campaign started • campaign paused • lead marked as converted • tag changed • goal reached
LinkedIn events • sent LinkedIn message or voice message → HubSpot Communication • LinkedIn reply or voice reply → HubSpot Communication • connection request sent → HubSpot Note • connection request accepted → HubSpot Note
Call tasks • completed call task → HubSpot Task
Each synced activity includes a clear source mention such as "Sent via La Growth Machine" so your team always knows where it came from.
New owner mapping You can now associate each LGM identity with a HubSpot contact owner. That means the right identity in LGM can be linked to the right owner in HubSpot, automatically. LGM does not overwrite an existing HubSpot owner. • If the contact has no owner, LGM applies the mapped owner • If the contact already has an owner, LGM leaves it unchangedContact owner Mapping This keeps attribution clean without breaking your CRM logic.
How it works
1. Connect HubSpot to La Growth Machine 2. Open CRM settings 3. Go to the Activities tab to configure activity mapping 4. Go to Contact owner mapping 5. Map each LGM identity to the matching HubSpot owner 6. Save your settings 7. Launch or sync your campaigns as usual
From there, outreach activity is pushed into HubSpot in the right format automatically.
Note: This update does not automatically replace your current custom event setup. If you already use HubSpot lists, workflows, or dashboards based on old LGM custom events, you can keep your current mapping or switch.
