Change the way the HubSpot integration works

Currently, you can only sync ALL contacts with HubSpot, regardless of their status. This is not good because I want to be able to control what leads should be sent then created in HubSpot. If all cold leads go to HubSot, then it's very expensive on HubSpot's side, and it's not my logic to use HubSpot as a cold leads database. I want only leads who replied to be sync or have a button "sync with HubSot" from the task & the reply tabs so that the SDRs can control what lead is interesting enough to be created and nurtured in HubSpot.
