Add Manual Tasks to Campaigns

When your market is not "infinite" or when addressing "important" customers, you may want to be able to be ultra personalized, while continuing to automate repetitive processes. This feature is the option to pause part of the automatic workflow while doing manual tasks, such as: - add a "phone call" task in a sequence, to pause the campaign for the duration of the call, then resume the automations once the call has been made - choose to systematically validate (and allow to modify) the messages before they are sent - be informed when an email has bounced, so that I can go find an alternative email and restart the task of sending emails - ...
