I wanted to reach out with a feature request that could make a big difference for us — and potentially for a lot of other agencies using LGM. Right now, we’re looking to bring on a setter who will handle all of our pipeline (lead status updates). As we keep growing, our goal is to move all of our future clients fully into LGM. The challenge is that we’d like our setters to only have access to Inbox Management and Tasks — without being able to view or edit our campaigns and winning strategies. We deal with a high volume of leads, and having a team that can support us without full control over campaigns would make scaling much smoother and safer. It’s a feature that I believe would not only help us, but also attract many more agencies to LGM — because it enables them to confidently bring in setters and assistants without risking sensitive campaign data. Vincent Bradley and Damien have both voted for this feature, and as we speak, Damien is trying to find a workaround, I was working on it with him in the support chat. But having it natively in LGM would make the platform much more scalable for both agencies and your team.
